PhotoCult Site Rules:

Who sends photos should renounce to the property rights
(copyright), and the photos will become material of public domain.

It will not be admitted photos that:

- offend the moral, or the religious sensibility of everyone;
- can create scandal;
- represent scenes of diseases or indigence of the person itself;
- put in evidence aspects tied up to racism;
- represent directly or indirectly aspects of violence or overwhelm;
- have relation or represent armed forces, military environments, weapons etc;
- represent advertising, products trades, or fashion;
- represent political parties, public or private associations;
- represent manifestations or shows, if organized to aim of profit;

It will be admitted photos that evidence characters and aspects positive of the nature and the human being. 

Who will send the photos should accept the publication answering to an e-mail.

The criteria of publishing, or not the photos, (dimensions, form, location, exposure time), aren't subject to any discussion, and they will not be notified.

The photos should have a title. It will not be admitted any comment of
whichever nature about the published photos and will not be admitted requestes to promote the publication or clarifications about the times of publication or theirs lacked publication.
The published photos will be stored, those not published will be cancelled directly.
The time and the procedure of recording are subject to criteria that will not be notified in all cases.
